The School of Nursing and Health Studies reported a number of errors occurring during on-line assessments in Blackboard. In order to eliminate the issues, we updated the "Assessments" building block (add-on) in Blackboard this morning. If you or your students experience any Blackboard error messages when taking on-line assessments, please let us know.
The errors that were reported before the upgrade included:
- No backtracking allowed (even though the student clicked "Next" and was not trying to backtrack)
- This assessment has been changed (reported between items being displayed when no change had been made to the assessment)
- The link is blocked (reported on some items that contained a link to other material)
