Blackboard Users,
Blackboard recently made an adjustment to our data that caused SOME passwords to be reset to users’ birthdays. Although this problem has been corrected, it may have affected some users who have not realized it yet.
If you find yourself unable to login to Blackboard, try entering your birthday in the password field in this format: 1/1/1979
If that doesn’t work, please create a ticket using our ticketing system, or call the Help Desk at x8-3949.
