We are experiencing issues with Blackboard at this moment:
1. If you have initiated a course copy and don’t see the information right away, do not redo the course copy. The queue is backed up and all the jobs are waiting to be processed, so it will only create duplicated records if you run it again.
2. Instructors may not be able to delete content from their course.
We are working with Blackboard to get these issues solved as soon as possible
