Classes start this coming Tuesday. Requests for Blackboard activities are coming in at an incredible rate. We are short staffed at the moment, so your requests my not be handled as quickly as usual. Our student workers don't start until next week and some of our full-time employees are out sick.
If you need something done on Blackboard, please fill out a ticket. You can create a ticket by sending your request in an email to blackboardhelp@miami.edu. You can also get to the ticketing system by going to Blackboard and clicking on the Help link in the banner at the top of every page and then clicking on the "Create Blackboard Help Desk Ticket" link on the next screen that appears.
Please try to refrain from calling or emailing any of us directly, if possible. We need to spend our time working on tickets. Thanks in advance.
