Blackboard is experiencing some unavailability right now. (though it seems to be sporadic). I spoke with Blackboard, and there is a situation that is affecting several schools, and I am waiting for an update on what the problem is and when it will be completely fixed.
I’m very sorry for this, and I’ll send another update as soon as I have one.
