[BB] Safe Assignment - File names

If you are using Safe Assignment, please use "safe" file names. Also, Mac users need to include ".doc" after the name of a Word file or they will get an error message about "unknown file type." And Mac users shouldn't use Safari. Firefox seems to work on the Mac. You can get Firefox from http://www.miami.edu/software.

FILE NAMES - Safe Assignment When uploading files to Blackboard, use only alphabetic characters (A-Z, a-z), numeric characters (0-9), the hyphen (-), the underscore (_), or the space character. Other characters, especially the comma, pound sign (#), percent sign (%), and question mark (?), cause problems when uploading or referencing files on the web.
